Designing Safe & Easy-to-Clean Accessories

At Avokado we've spent a lot of time in the kitchen!  I can remember watching my Portuguese grandmother (or "Avo" in Portuguese) spending a lot of time preparing meals until one day she had a stroke and couldn't cook anymore.  That's when my grandfather took over and started with limited knowledge and became an amazing cook in a relatively short amoutn of time.  I spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping both my grandparents out and during all this time began to think of the best ways to make the most of it.  At Avokado we like preparing amazing meals quickly without sacrificing great taste, healthy nutrition, and complexity (no one likes to eat something bland and plain!).  Our mission is simple: To provide access to the tools that allow everyday people to create amazing meals for themselves and family.  That is a strong reason why we have a strong focus on developing tools for the instant pot to help make the most out of this awesome invention. We hope you find our tools useful for you and that they bring you and your family good health.
